Natalya Coyle produced a fantastic combined event performance to finish in 9th place in the Women’s event at the Open Senior Hungarian Championships whilst Arthur finished 12th and Eanna 21st in the Men’s event.
After a two week training camp in Drzonkow, Poland, the Irish athletes competed in the Polish Senior Championships. Arthur Lanigan-O’Keeffe came close to the podium finishing 4th in the men’s individual competition. He was joined in the top 10 by Eanna Bailey who finished 8th. In the women’s competition, Natalya Coyle finished in 14th.
A 25th place in World Cup 4 in China was enough to qualify Natalya Coyle for the World Cup Final to be held in London in July.
An Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of Pentathlon Ireland will take place on Saturday 13th August 2011 in Bailey's.
