Biathle – A continuous run/swim/run event, is a new initiative in Ireland.
Pentathlon Ireland hosted it’s first open day to introduce this new sport to the public on26/07/2015. Andy Mackenzie (Former GB masters no.1 and world no.2) explained the event and then participants took part in a taster event. See below or call 01 625 1134 to reserve your spot.
This exciting activity is a great start in the multi-event sports field as well as a stand alone event in its own right. There are World and European Championships on an annual calendar organised by UIPM, the internatioanl federation for Modern Pentathlon.
If you are interested in starting in this brand new sport come along to our next FREE open day which we will advertise here over the coming months.
