In accordance with the Articles of Association of Modern Pentathlon Association of Ireland (hereafter referred to as Pentathlon Ireland) I hereby give notice that the 2018 Pentathlon Ireland Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday the 17th of October 2018 in Irish Sports HQ, Irish Sports Campus, Abbotstown, Dublin 15 at 7.00pm.
Only those members who meet the relevant requirements of the Articles of Association, with their yearly membership subscription paid in full, are eligible to be nominated, to propose or second a motion, or to vote at the AGM.
All proposals and nominations must be submitted to the Secretary in writing no later than Wednesday the 10th of October 2018.
The Agenda for the 2018 AGM, accompanied by details of nominees and proposals received, will be posted on the Pentathlon Ireland website by 11th of October 2018. The Association’s financial statements will also be available upon request from the Secretary from this date.
